For integrators

Everything an integrator needs. On one page.

What OMNI is, how you make money selling it, and how to get started. Read this in a minute, then decide.

1 · What it is

One wireless sensor. The jobs your cameras can’t do.

The OMNI Sentinel goes in restrooms, locker rooms, patient rooms and units, where cameras aren’t allowed. It detects vaping, smoke and poor air, listens for gunshots and breaking glass, and puts a panic button with live location on every staff member.

Sentinel

Air & vape intelligence

Vape and THC, smoke, particulates, CO₂, VOCs, temperature, humidity and noise level. No cameras, no audio recording.

Sentinel Plus

Adds active-threat detection

Gunshot and glass-break detection, wearable panic buttons with live location, and Bluetooth tags for carts and AEDs.

OMNI Cloud

One dashboard, instant alerts

Text, email and app alerts, floor-plan maps and reports. Open API, so alerts flow into the VMS you already install.

2 · What you make

Margin on the hardware. Labor you already bill.

OMNI doesn’t sell online or go around you. Every sale goes through an authorized reseller.

Hardware

Dealer pricing below MAP

Approved partners buy at dealer cost and sell at or above our published minimum advertised price. Dealer pricing goes to your company’s owner once you’re approved.

Labor

Install and service hours

Site surveys, mounting, configuration and ongoing service are yours to quote. Wireless installs mean fewer hours per device and easier retrofits.

Recurring

Monthly income on every device

Every device needs an OMNI Cloud license. You set the monthly price your client pays and keep the markup, every month, for as long as the device runs.

Expansion

Add-on to accounts you already have

Your camera and access-control clients still have restrooms, locker rooms and staff who need a panic button. That’s the next project.

Protection

Deal registration

Register an opportunity in the partner portal before you quote it. Approved registrations keep the customer with your company.

Funding

Grant-ready deals

Schools and public agencies can often pay with safety grants. We give you the funding guides to help them get there.

Integrator FAQ

Quick answers

Does OMNI sell direct to end customers?

No. OMNI is sold and installed through authorized resellers. When a client finds us first, we point them to an integrator in their area.

Do my techs need special training?

No sensor specialists needed. Installs are wireless: mount the device, power it and connect it to Wi-Fi. We provide onboarding, setup support and joint site surveys on your first jobs.

Is the cloud subscription required?

Yes. Every device runs on an OMNI Cloud license for alerts, the dashboard and updates. You bill your client for it at the monthly price you set, so the markup is recurring income for you. Partner pricing for the license is in the portal.

Will it work with the cameras and VMS I already install?

Yes. The open API sends alerts into your client’s VMS, and they can turn PTZ cameras toward the alert area.

Can I sell it under my own brand?

Qualified partners can. Ask about private label when you apply.

How fast do I hear back after applying?

Within two business days.
